Dr Gibbs is a wonderful Doctor. He not only is easy going and comfortable to be around but has your best interest in mind. He has always been amazing to not only me but my wife and three sons. You people putting 1 star are judging him by what? The office personnel? The bill? Come on grow up everyone knows the nurses in these places are hard to the core they have to be cause people like you complain about EVERYTHING. Judging a mans work and compassion by the surroundings? Do yourself a favor and do not go to the Justin Texas office. You will never see Dr. Gibbs! He just has a P.A. named Monty that sees patients. If you piss someone off in that office-- that just stop seeing you. Very sad place. They only care about how much money you pay them. They show no concern for the patients. Signs are posted every where basicly stating do not take longer than a few mins with the PA!!!
Getting hold of the doctor has been impossible. Geting help from his staff has been the same. They never submitted my papers for my meds. I needed my medication refill very quickly and I am in dire needs of them. It's over 2 weeks now... I have reached out to the office over 6times....and nothing.
Makes you feel very comfortable talking about your health issues. Felt that his treatment and advise was excellent.
