Sat on positive cancer results for weeks - turned out to be stage 4 tongue cancer
Don’t listen to the positive reviews. Research deeper into other reviews besides google. I was a patient and am still having health conditions related to a surgery gone bad.
I am being kind with one star. Would not recommend Dr Bufalina or his staff. Had my uncovering of implants done and he said they forgot to bring what they needed to give me for my dentist to proceed and it would be mailed next day, almost 3 weeks later my dentist still has not recieved. I now have fractured post of implant on opposite side from the pressure of chewing on one side for so long! More money now for new crown! Dr Bufalina said sorry!!
We were referred to this office by our Kenansville dentist (a whole other mess). Went in for implants only to find out he only followed the dentist notes and recommendation. Had he looked at the X-rays his office took, he would have seen the dentist was WRONG! Needless to say, thousands of $$,$$$ later, the implants were placed in the wrong spots and we have no recourse. After two calls and a letter from our former (now current) Wilmington dentist, Bufalini won’t respond.
Cash only DMD, insurance companies will not approve him. They falsely advertise mark e bufalini, DMD, MD. They should have marked out the MD on paper work, but that would’ve led suspicion to why they marked it out and customers would have definitely declined his service There is a recording his own bookkeeping staff stated in the statement of the recording he is a cash only Doctor, Bufailini cannot perform surgeries with anyone paying with insurance , hes convected of malpractice And before the procedure, there’s recording y... read more
