My crown procedure had issues due to the complexity of the tooth. The first crown arrived, but it wasn’t a good fit, so Dr. Cao returned it. While I was traveling a piece of the temporary crown broke off; and the office were terrific in rescheduling me around the 4th of July holiday. I was fitted with the new crown yesterday; and am impressed once again at the professionalism of Dr Cao. She isn’t satisfied unless the appointment/procedure is perfectly carried out.
