Dr defonte is a wonderful dentist. However, his office staff is terrible. She talks over you, she doesn't let you speak. She then says you are being aggressive and hangs up. When you ask for the dentist to call you back, she just continues to talk over you. Trying to get bills taken care of so all understand. She does not listen to a word you say. BILLS AND COLLECTS on work not done yet. When asked ans questioned she says she was looking at wrong column. Very unprofessional staff. Buyer beware!
Dr. Defonte is the best. He takes the time to explain and make sure you’re comfortable and he is honest with you. Today he went above and beyond to ease my worries and help me. I definitely recommend him if you want an honest and caring dentist.
