There is always a wait, both to get and appointment and once you arrive. However, at the start of flu season they have decided to remodel the waiting area and despite having 3 to 4 times the staff of my vet's office and being 9 months into a pandemic, curbside service is beyond them. I went in the door indicated, where no one was around, and had to wait 10 minutes before one of the staff even noticed someone had come in. At that point I was asked to walk back around the building and wait in my car for someone to come get me.... read more
Super great place to go. You are a person there and they treat you one by one not like some places that think you just have what is going around.
