Dr Simpson is a good practitioner. The low rating is due to my interaction with Virginia, the office manager. She was extremely rude when i was scheduling an appointment for evaluation. She spoke over me multiple times and was very disrespectful, stating “call your dentist to give you antibiotics if you’re in so much pain.” I would not recommend going to this office. The whole crew was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions about the procedure, insurance, payments, and overall costs. What stood out the most was the doctor’s conservative and honest approach they didn’t rush into doing a root canal but instead performed all the proper testing first. In the end, it turned out I didn’t even need it. It’s rare to find professionals who prioritize what’s truly best for the patient. I’m very grateful and highly recommend them.

I went with Dr Simpson since my husband had a root canal with him and he had a wonderful experience. Called and made an appointment with Tanya for Monday and everything was great. She even called me back regarding cost. The cost was a little high so on Friday she called and I was supposed to call insurance. Due to recently giving birth to twins I wasn’t able to call insurance but had called the office and left a voicemail to cancel my appointment. They didn’t get any voicemail not sure what happened.
