I went with Dr Simpson since my husband had a root canal with him and he had a wonderful experience. Called and made an appointment with Tanya for Monday and everything was great. She even called me back regarding cost. The cost was a little high so on Friday she called and I was supposed to call insurance. Not recommended. I had an inflammation on tip of a 10 year old root canal. I went in for a diagnose, dr. Mark immediately recommended a redo of root canal on same day. I was hesitant, so I went for another dentist afterward. The other dentist told me to try anti-inflammatory med for a week before deciding procedure. My root canal is fine, the inflammation went away after I took the meds. it's been 10 month now. Nothing is wrong with my original root canal. Best root canal ever! I have had several before with other dentists. Dr. Simpson made the process entirely painless. Very gentle and communicative about the process and what to expect.
