I was hesitant purely because of other reviews but I'm so glad I trusted my instincts. Dr Collins was thorough, informative and genuine, and had fairly short wait time compared to others in the area. Most are not taking new clients but when I called Dr Collins office, the staff were lovely and very helpful and even nicer on the day of the appointment. I can't find any fault in any of the services provided and would highly recommend others to this clinic.
I have seen Dr Collins a few times over the years. My first impression wasn’t great but gave benefit of the doubt and returned a few times more. Sadly, I am still unsatisfied and will not return. Instead of focusing on my long term lower back pain, Dr Collins focused on my weight, even providing me with unsolicited weight loss advice (when I have other specialists who are on top of this issue already) and when I challenged him I was laughed at.
Has been managing my condition for 5 years now. Is very good at his job and very thorough.
