Reasonably ok experience, however requires bill payment by check or pay cash at doctor’s office, which is inconvenient.
I visited their office at Elizabeth St. The reception staff is very helpful. Dr. Mark Chu is great. As a new patient I felt he was a very good listener & very knowledgeable. We were able to schedule my procedure quickly & I was provided with clear instructions. Procedure was over before I knew it & I was well taken care of afterward.
I had to visit other dr and they gave me a weird vibe abt the procedure . Lucky, thanks dr. Melissa chan introduced me to Dr. Mark Chu, not going to lie I was worry abt upper endoscopy procedure but with Dr. chu , i did the procedure today. It was quick and perfect. I can’t think dr. Chu enough. He’s such a great professional DR.
You can visualize an incredible perspective of gastroenterologist. Dr. Mark Chu is very informative about colonoscopy procedure. He have great potential mentoring his patients with positive inspirations. The atmosphere and system super organized. Thank you very much for this awesome experience of colonoscopy!!
