This doctor office has gotten worse over the years. You can never reach his office to talk to anyone to schedule appt. He doesn’t return calls pertaining to patients medication. I call office for weeks and no one return your calls. I had to cancel numerous specialist appts or pay out of pocket because I can’t get referrals. Not even sure if they give him the messages. Very unprofessional
Zero star. The attention of the reception staff at Jackson height is the worst they rarely answer calls and when they do they are really rude without education. Very disrespectful lady.Get an appointment is almost an impossible mision there .
I have no idea what in the world has happened at the Rockaway Pkway Office. It's been over a year or more since the Pandemic started & now ending. There is no response on phns. Just V/Ms. What happened to Dr. Sinha?🤨 I have been calling for quite some time sending emails no feedback whatsoever. Dr. Joseph was "ok" with me. Kind of rushy but that is not the biggest problem. His staff is very unprofessional. They were joking and playing around and forgot to send my info to the doctor. So I wasted precious hours of my life. Then when I approached the desk they treated my like why the hell are you here. Who ever is hiring need to do deeper screening. I am changing my doctor. This happened on too many occasions.
