Friendly, clean environment and pain free procedure. I was two hours early to my appointment and they saw me right away.
Great experience! I was able to book my initial consultation/evaluation a little over a week out from my first phone call. And just a few weeks after that intake exam, I booked the actual LASIK procedure. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they walk you through every step of the process so you are prepared and know what to expect. They are not very concern about the patients. They would not make sure reaching out the patient if they considered rescheduling the appointment. The situation for me is that they realized days before the surgery appointment of me not qualifying for the surgery, but do not letting me know until the appointment in person. Before that I have made calls couple times checking the appointment and not get it informed. It completely disorder my schedules and I have finance the transportations self. Had lasik done here in September 2019 and my vision has never been better! I had gone to Sharpe vision and they had suggested I get implantable contacts because of my prescription (-7.5), which is not only a trickier surgery but required multiple visits and can cost upwards of 10k. I had a second consult with Mark Walker and he said my vision was poor but I had thick enough corneas that it shouldn't be an issue. It's been over a year and while my night vision was poor for about 6 months it's gotten way better. Make sure to k... read more
