Best Doctor Ever!!!!
We brought my Grandfather to the VA and Dr. Victor was very rude and condescending to him and the family. He wasn't willing to do any testing even though my Grandfather had several health issues. We waited for a new Dr. and she was wonderful. She ordered several tests and found many issues that required hospitalization. Dr. Victor should be ashamed at the way he treats Veterans.
