he and his staff have repeated treated me more like an intrusion than a patient. the impression i get from him and a lot of his staff is that they believe they are doing me a favor by allowing me to be a patient. very long wait times, kurt answers to questions, impatience and he actually told me that he didn't have time to keep up with some of the medical issues I had previously brought up, in spite of his practice using, or at least having, a computerized patient system.
