customer service is horrible. they seem to act like they are doing me a favor by allowing me to be a patient.
he and his staff have repeated treated me more like an intrusion than a patient. the impression i get from him and a lot of his staff is that they believe they are doing me a favor by allowing me to be a patient. very long wait times, kurt answers to questions, impatience and he actually told me that he didn't have time to keep up with some of the medical issues I had previously brought up, in spite of his practice using, or at least having, a computerized patient system.
Mustang Good physician, been seeing me for 15 years. A little moody, just depends on the day you see him. Everyone there always seems stressed out and just generally grouchy. After 15 years of treatment I decide on a simple second opinion on one issue and I am told that if they send my records to another doctor that I am not allowed to come back. Very unprofessional and childish. In my opinion most good doctors worth their salt would welcome a second opinion. Guess it is time for a change anyway.
Great Doctor I have been a patient of Dr. Vice's for about 13 years. I am very pleased with the care he provides and the advice he gives. He knows when a problem is beyond his scope, and will refer me to an appropriate specialist. I never have a problem getting an appt. in the clinic--if not with Dr. Vice, then usually with Dr. Burris if it is an urgent situation. I definitely recommend Dr. Vice to anyone looking for a PCP in the Benton/Bryant area.
