They did not pre-authorize my daughters surgery and the claim was denied by our insurance because of that. I called the office multiple times before the surgery and was told it was submitted to insurance for approval and we wouldn’t owe anything between our dental and medical coverage. Even reassured in the doctors office the day of the surgery. The billing department will not return our calls. Medical coverage was denied due to not being pre-authorized. Dr. Stephens did a great job. Just don’t trust the billing.
