My dad was a patient of Dr. Schroeder’s for 3 years for treatment of multiple myeloma. I went to multiple appointments in person with my dad and listened in over the phone to many appointments as well. He doesn’t come across as caring or warm. At times, he seemed condescending and annoyed with questions. I never got the feeling that he actually cared about my dad as a patient or had much urgency when my dad’s cancer was getting worse.
