Dr. Provenzano had a sarcastic attitude from the beginning. He told me he didn't need to see medical records from my neurologists or previous pain dr. Then, he told me four different neurologists & a genetic test were wrong. He told me he couldn't help me 4 different times. He came across as an angry, confused doctor who enjoyed correcting other medical doctors diagnoses.
