Dr Perrotti has been my physician for over 20yrs. I never had to complain about anything. He knows his business in the medical field. I also never had any problems with his staff. They are friendly and helpful.
This doctor and his staff are horrible!! My husband was a long term patient of Dr. Perotti and my husband was acting confused about where he was and what was going on. I was alarmed and took him straight to Dr. Perott’s office. I explained to the staff that I was afraid my husband was having a stroke. His staff said without an appointment that the doctor would not see him. Wish I could rate this practice lower than 1 star. Extremely unprofessional all around. Nurses and receptionists can get attitudes and the doctor himself (on the rare occasions when you actually see him) is rude, swears, makes comments about patients. The office is horrible at refilling prescriptions and constantly blames the pharmacy. If you have blood work done, you either won’t get a call with results or it’ll be a nurse brushing you off.
