Best experience I have ever had with an eye doctor
I have been going to Dr. Orso & Associates/LensCrafters my entire life and I absolutely love them! Both Drs are amazing, and the staff up front are always so helpful with finding new frames/fixing old ones. I’ve moved away from Cincinnati but I still make the drive back to town because I know they’ll take care of me. That being said, I’m very lukewarm on the new building. Dr Blankman is so nice and professional. She spent extra time answering all of my dumb questions and was so sweet. The sales team who helped me were also really great! There's a reason this place has 4.9 stars.
I called this LensCrafters they said their eye doctor took my insurance so I made an appointment. When I arrived for my.eye exam ect.. then I was told,No We Don't Take Your Insurance! The Worse
