I called Dr Marconi's office to tell them that I would be a few minutes late. then I was told by an an assistant that answered the phone that if I wasn't there by 3:30pm I was going to be rescheduled! to which I'm like WTF! so I had to drive ridiculously fast to try to make it here on time and still was 5 minutes late. and I called and told them I was going to be 5 minutes late and that I would be seen or I was going to make a scene.
