This office staff is a complete joke I'm honestly disappointed with the staff in front office !!! Because the Dr's are probably amazing but with a poor staff we'll never know! Our first appointment I'll admit we where 6 min late after there lunch break and there was not 1 patient in the waiting room not 1.. and the lady up front said sorry you have to reschedule .... now with the urgency of getting my wife checked out I was upset but maintained my manners after my wife and step daughter went to the car upset and scared I wen... read more
My sister, 44 recently found out she has brain lesions and is experiencing dementia. It is extremely stressful, and confusing. She cries a lot. She started seeing Kelsey Nichols, Kelsey is patient, kind, and doesn't get frustrated when my sister forgets things. The staff Liz and Jessica are very helpful; They send the referrals in a timely manner and respond to all of my calls and emails. I've grateful we found this doctor. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you
This entire office is a complete joke. I have been see them for far too long and dealing with their lack of professionalism. Only came to them because it was dictated by at the time my insurance thanks to Obamacare. Remember we could keep our doctor- that was complete BS! Since then my husband and I have become self-pay and now I’m told they do not take self-pay but “luckily” (haha) we’re grandfathered in. This is the best doctors office I've been to there nice n friendly individuals.
kelsey is helpful, kind, reasonable, and thorough. i've now had 3 good experiences at this doctor's office and feel lucky to have found a great primary care doctor close to my home. office staff is polite and helpful as well. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
