This is Carole Smith—-not Bruce Smith. My experience with Dr. Jank has always been positive. He is very skilled, professional, and caring.
My visit to Ocala Eye Southwest office was great. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was sorry to hear Dr. Jank was retiring the end of March. He was my doctor since my moving to Florida from up north. I will miss him, but wish him a very happy retirement. You earned it. My thanks to him for caring for my eyes the past 17 yrs.
Ocala Eye has performed exceptionally well with every visit I have made. The staff is, without question, the best in Ocala. The operational efficiency with which they perform from entry to exit is Flawless. The doctor is thorough in his conveying explanations and allows ample time to respond questions.
