I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Mark Innis. From the moment the appointment began, his bedside manner was noticeably lacking. He came across as brash, rushed, rude, and completely dismissive of my concerns. I felt like I was being talked down to rather than listened to or treated with compassion. Instead of taking the time to explain things or answer questions, he was curt and condescending. Dr Innis displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit . Dr innis listened attentively to my concerns and provided fast personalized treatment that yielded positive results. I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome from my visit !
Came into the E.R and he discharged me after saying what I came in for didnt matter but still falsified documents for STI tests that he never ran on me. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the hospital to report him and my claim is currently being disputed because of it.
My experience with this doctor wasn't any good either when my mother was in the ER. Totally no bedside manners, arrogant, and rude. If I could give zero stars, I would!
Bad bedside manners, does not like talking to families, very rude. I only wish there were half stars to give, and even that would be too much.
