What is it with Drs? Who do you think you are to make people wait over 90 minutes to see their nurse practitioner? Arrogance, greed or incompetence? Would they wait over 90 minutes for anyone? That's just telling people you don't matter only your insurance , Medicaid and CO pays do. Pathetic. I'm going elsewhere. This has happened too many times and I want to live life, not sit in your waiting room.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to evaluate Dr. Freher's medical care because I was never seen for my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 a.m., and I arrived at 11:00 a.m. After waiting until 12:45 p.m. without being seen, I had to leave in order to make it to work. I’ve been to this office once and then had a telehealth appointment . When I saw the doctor, he was very nice and knowledgeable. He put me on a heart medication. I had taken it three times and had side effects, so I contacted his staff. However, I had to go through text messaging throughout the day, because I could not get in touch with someone on the phone.
