I paid in full almost $5000 for product and services and have been told since 10/18 my device was "being sent tomorrow". Repeatedly. Now all their numbers are disconnected. They are a sham! I'm reporting to BBB and NV Board of Dentistry.
Very good experience from day one of my implant process. The office staff was great. Dr. & staff made me feel comfortable in a process that I was nervous about..Every step was explained in detail. Everything went smoothly with no problems. I highly recommend Dr Ferrari.
Not a good practice. My husband has deep cleaning done at this facility while in full pain. Staff including Dr. Ferrari seemed to be nice and friendly at time of cleaning.After a month when my husband develop sensitivity and pain in his upper jaw after the cleaning, we went back to see him thinking that he would prescribe my husband some medication but he was very rude. Dr Ferrari was honest and precise with his diagnoses and treatment. The gum surgery was successful and my teeth are tighter and cleaner and look better then they have in 25+ years. I am 55 years old and have lived in several cities, 8 states, and two countries. These are the finest medical professionals I have ever had the privilege of being treated by. I went in to see Dr. Ferrari for gum surgery. He was very gentle and made sure I was totally number before he began. The surgery was quick and he ley me hum disney songs with my Pandora so that I wouldn't have to listen to what was happening in my mouth. Dr. Ferrari is helping me better my life and I could not be happier with his work. I would recommend his periodontic work to anyone who needs it like I did. Friendly staff as well. His assistant is a wonderful lady!
Dr. Ferrari treats his patients like people and tells them the truth about their periodontal disease. He is not like most surgeons who act like Kings. He makes you feel comfortable right away and does a good job explaining what is really going on with your health. Thanks Dr. Ferrari.
Very friendly staff and Dr. Ferrari is so nice. I am so happy that I found this office for my periodontist needs in Reno. This doctor has been practicing for many years, he just relocated to Reno last year but is very experienced. I highly recommend this office!
