I appreciate Dr Castelaw he has been my mother‘s doctor for many years. He has adjusted her medication and have gotten them where she receives optimal medical benefits. He is patient and meets my mother‘s emotional and medical needs. I am thankful that he has taken an interest in her sincere care all these years
Dr.Mark Castellaw was thorough and informative, as always. Highly recommended him. He always greets you with a smile and always makes you feel like he is on top of your issues.
Very positive visit from start to finish. Office manager checked with patients in waiting room to see if anyone waiting longer than 30 minutes & advised us that if no one asked about their wait time on future visits (when maybe she wasn't there), to make sure & go to front desk & report it so staff could inform them on where they were in line & why any delays might be occurring. Love Dr Castellaw, love the staff. My only comment is please dont overbook appointments. Wait times recent was too long.
