I had issues with the case notes that was written for my visit . She wrote that there was a complete physical done on my entire body but during the visit she only moved my shoulders and asked if there was pain lol . Why report on other parts of my body if there wasn’t an exam that was done . I went in because I am having issues with my joints & muscles and she literally only looked at my shoulders but wrote that I had good range of motion and normal tone for my muscles when that was far from the case . On 04/13/21, I had an appointment with Dr. Van Da Stouwe as a new patient and I must say that she is very knowledgeable. I decided to change my Rheumatologist after 5 years because he is not up to date with new meds for RA. My Rheumatoid Arthritis was getting under his care because he didn't know. But after having a consultation with Dr Van da Stouwe I have hope that will get better. Thank Dr Van Da Stouwe for giving hope again.
