Office called at 11am and asked me to come in at 1pm to discuss diagnostic results. I asked to please share results over the phone so I can prepare myself for the consultation when I get to the office at 1pm. They refused to give me my results over the phone and demanded I come at 1pm. I told them no, not without knowing my results first. Where do I begin? The office staff is all new and no-one can give you a straight answer...or a receipt! I was never emailed the intake paperwork prior to my visit. The young lady who took me back asked me questions while I was still filling out paperwork then questioned why I didn't have it all filled out prior to the dr. coming in.
