Professional and great support for my mother. Dr. Oller takes her time and does her best to comfort my mom and help as much as possible. Staff is friendly.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Oller and she was fantatstic. She spent time with me and made me feel very comfortable. She was thorough and explained my symptoms and plan in depth. Her staff was also first class.
Dr. Oller is a brilliant, careful, thoughtful, effective doctor. Someone I love was gradually losing their (great) capacity to think, concentrate, and enjoy life, for years, under the supervision of doctors who only added meds and increased doses. Even when we asked, they would not consider decreasing meds or trying to get a baseline. I cannot say enough of Dr Oller-Cramsie. If I could give her 6 stars I would! Dr. Oller-Cramsie in particular is extraordinarily kind and tenacious, as well a fierce advocate for the best care possible. For someone with medical anxiety, her bedside manner is second to none. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Oller! Her exceptional care, warm and compassionate demeanor immediately put me at ease. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, and is really patient. I left each appointment feeling confident in the care I was receiving and grateful.I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking neurological care.
