My experience was terrible. Marion Ho was assigned as my primary care physician by my insurance company. I tried to make an appointment, because I needed care. No one in her office answers the phone, so I left a message, & stated that she was my PCP through my insurance. 3 days later the office called & left me a message that Marion Ho wouldn't see me because she's not accepting new patients. Dr. Ho is very thorough and patient. She spends time with her patients and is a great diagnostician. Very kind and pleasant.
They never answer the phone . I have left voicemails for them to call me back regarding test results . It’s been months now and still no call back . Very disappointing and unprofessional . It’s people’s lives on the line , and we rely on doctors who won’t even call back to inform the patient of their health status?? Then why go in the first place .
