Does a great job with kids, friendly staff and always happy to help.
My experience at this clinic was very difficult. While the actual dental treatment itself was done well, the overall environment and interaction were extremely upsetting. I was spoken to in a verbally harsh way, and my anxiety were dismissed rather than understood. At one point I was even called a “baby” and a “waste of time,” which was very discouraging. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Thomas. The best!! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always takes time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He takes his work very seriously and does it with passion. I highly recommend him! Also, friendly and helpful staff.
Don’t ever go to Thomas for anything ! He made me feel like absolute trash because my teeth aren’t perfect and pearly white. He blatantly disregarded any questions I had, and didn’t bother to explain anything to me. He made me feel like I was wasting HIS time and had an attitude towards me from the very beginning. I needed a tooth pulled due to nerves being exposed, and he didn’t bother to pull it out. I was in today for a cleaning with his new hygienist, she is so lovely. Her family'moved here from Ontario and she brings 25 years of experience with her, I highly recommend scheduling a cleaning with her ❤️🦷
