Cashier rude, waited a 1hr 15 minutes for her to tell me she couldn't verify my insurance cause it was close? I called twice and she said she couldn't get in the phone I understand, then I called. Third time and his supervisor got in the phone to speak to them she couldn't, when all this time it was open... Then she says it's ?? This amount I said I pay this?? Amount she kinda of rolls her eyes and says they pay this much and your pay is this ( yes that's what I pay)) trying to charge me 30.00 more.. ummm
Dr. Martinez charges you for anything he can even though the insurance company pays for it..He is a very greedy and will definitely rip you off if you let him..check with your insurance company to verify
My first and last visit to the most ARROGANT, DEMEANING, HUMILIATING, CALLOUS so called doctor who never asked me one question. He waltzed in, accused me of being an addict, had underhandedly obtained the list of my prescriptions from the pharmacy and berated me for being fatigued.
