Very sad, I couldn't get my prescriptions for a few days. It took several trips to town, several calls, & some "rattled-sounding" portal messages. Now they have blocked me from accessing my own files in their clinic portal. It is INACTIVE, and I can't get in to see my medicines or lab results. That right there is crazy & probably illegal
Dr Mario Lanza, you are missed greatly as our health care provider in Alaska. Your knowledge and experience was profound. Bobbie and I always knew that when we made our appointments, you always made us feel better.
