Like others of stated, it’s a racket. You’re better off going to an AA meeting and getting a sponsor for free. Guys is closer to a used car salesman than any type of doctor.

I met Marino 15 years ago when I was in active addiction and he's been a part of my recovery journey ever since. Even though I'm no longer a client, he has shown me on multiple occasions that support is just a phone call away. I've taken him up on it and even gone to his office in Miami and he continues to treat me like family with love, respect and compassion. My parents and I are so grateful to have met Marino.

I want to thank Dr. Carbonell for his compassion and honesty while helping me get started on the road to recovery. My relationship with Marino has laid the foundation for honest self appraisal and taking responsibility for my life in recovery from addiction. I encourage anyone who is struggling with addiction themselves or has a loved one who is struggling to seek Dr. Carbonell out to get the help they need.

I have known Dr. Carbonell professionally and personally for over 25 years. He has guided me through the different phases of my life. He has helped me to understand the problems associated with my children's experiences with addiction, helped me grieve with the loss of my daughter, and has been there for me at any time unselfishly. I highly recommend him for anyone having difficulty dealing with some of the more difficult things that life can unfold for a person. I consider him one of the most valuable relationships in my li... read more
