My niece was a patient in this hospital. She was severely bi-polar, they allowed the patients to come and go freely. My niece was missing for no one knew for how long. I guess the figure they haven’t seen her in a month so they auto discharged her. Unbeknownst to the family she is homeless on the street unmediated.
