Very patient and friendly. Highly recommended Dr. Vengalil and her staff!
It has been very difficult to get a live person to answer. I have been leaving messages since Monday at 8 am with still no response. My mom has been out if her prescription for a week now. It is very frustrating especially when the pharmacy sends request and they don't even get a response. It's a shame that I have to drive from Princeton to Garland just to check on requests.
