I tried several dentists in Ithaca before I found Dr. Manunts, and she has been such a gift, a blessing in my life. Her integrity and skill are extraordinary, and she is a deeply kind person who has helped me through several emergencies. At least twice, I've had to call her over the weekend when a front veneer broke, and on both occasions, she fixed the problem immediately rather than asking me to wait until Monday. Dr. Manunts is wonderful. Her office is so clean, welcoming, and does not remind me of the typical doctor's office. Out of all of the dentists I have tried, Dr. Manunts is the one that has taken time to explain what she is doing, and makes sure I am comfortable with the procedures that she thinks is best for me. I had to have a root canal for a bad cavity and Dr. Manunts and her assistant that was also in the room were so calming and gentle. I have been a patient of Dr. Manunts for several years and my teeth are in great condition as a result. Among some treatments received are a crown and two fillings. Both are doing well and intact. I am very confident under Dr. Manunts care, an expert in her field. She also has a wonderful bed side manner and disposition. Her staff is wonderful too. Thank you so much!
Fillings don't last! My daughters fillings fell out after three months. The dentist said that her permanent teeth would be coming in soon, so we would just watch them and not fill them. Why did we pay all that money and make our daughter suffer if they will be coming out? Our son had lost a filling that lasted five months. She told us it was because he ate too much peanut butter!
