I didn't get to see a doctor because they claimed they don't take my insurance. I found them on zock dock and the search I did was based on my insurance. The lady told me. Yeah, we accept your insurance for cardiology, not neurology. So they basically need to do some updating on zoc doc. Until they do that, people are gonna still keep coming to them for neurology.
Disappointing shift in care and poor communication. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dolgovina since 2024 and previously had a great experience, but my recent visit was deeply disappointing. After arriving 25 minutes early, I was forgotten at the front desk while later arrivals were called back. My husband’s first visit was fine. The second visit was horrible, she didn’t even sit down to talk to us, didn’t reevaluate him, just sent him to physical therapy and other tests without explanation. She said she’s referring my husband to a specialist- the best neurosurgeon- we tried to ask for an appointment but didn’t reply to us.
