I have been to this Dr previously and had to change when my insurance did. But since going back to the insurance thst allows me to go to Dr. Marina Khachatrian, I am very happy with her service as my Doctor. As opposed to the other Doctors I've been to, I can feel she genuinely cares about her patients. She listens and suggests the best care. She got my recently diagnosed diabetes under control and I am off insulin and all diabetic medicine. This is the kind of Doctor you want.
Dr. Marina Khachatrian is truly one of the most professional and knowledgeable doctors I have had the opportunity to see. I have been coming to this office for about three years now. She has an incredible amount of medical knowledge and takes the time to understand what is actually going on instead of simply rushing to conclusions. This is the worst medical office in the entire area. The front desk is an absolute disgrace. The employees sit there eating sunflower seeds and act as if the patients are bothering them. They are extremely rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I have never experienced such disgusting treatment at a medical office. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this doctor. I hope they take patient feedback seriously and improve the way they communicate and care for their patients.
One of the worst, most dismissive, and apathetic doctors I have ever met in my life. Do not come here if you are Black they will not take your pain seriously. Your doctors are the reason people do not trust the medical system
