Provider is very personable and took his time to address all of my concerns.
Horrible, 2 - 3 hours wait time, then tried to give me anti-depressants and blood presssure medicine of some sort instead of testing and treating actual problem which turned out to be hyper-para thyroid. Just not impressed. Ended up in hospital and with blood work results found the possible hyper para-thyroid, sent results to Tampa, had problem removed and am fine now - no anti- depressants or blood pressure medicine. However, he may be excellent for some.
Doctor Bautista is an excellent doctor my husband and I have been seeing him over 10yrs. You do have to wait some times, but when you are in there with him. He make sure he covers all your medical needs. Very caring and understanding.
The wait time is horrible! I've waited always between 2-2.5 hours. They've even been closed with lights off seeing last 3 patients. Time management is not good.. Customer service even worse. Stephanie at front desk has dry personality and the nurse as well. Not a very friendly environment. Have to go back always for more blood work or urine tests because conditions aren't treated properly. Please do yourself a favor and choose a different doctor! Worst experience. Went because I was new here!
He is very pleasant. His staff was not welcoming and just tried to hurry you off.
The staff is very bad with appointments. Dr. Bautista takes forever to see you. He does take his time to talk to you but you waste 3-4 hours of your day for this appt.
