I have been going to Bay Area OB/GYN for about 4 years now and I have nothing but a great review for them. When you need a nurse call back, they are prompt and efficient.
If I could give negative stars I would, despite them knowing I was on Medicaid and apparently out of network Btw “ I was never informed “ They never told me you are not coverd by your insurance. Now I’m being charged 472 dollars from them . I would have not gone here if I was not misinformed, They are obviously not that great of a office why would I pay so much for something I could get covered ? Make sure you read the fine print . Made an appointment online for 12/26 @11am. Called in the morning to confirm my appointment the lady said she will “call me back” to confirm my appointment it’s now about to be 8pm and they never called me back. thank god I had made a second appointment somewhere else. Horrible service.
Staff is rude. Will do everything in their power to not take you as a new patient. Went to the next doctor and was able to eat an appointment with no issues
