From the moment I checked in I was treated with professionalism. The staff were sympathetic and prompt . Dr. Roh was right on time , she was thorough, and very personable. I had a biopsy and was told I’d receive a call with my results within one to two weeks . I left her office calm (I was a wreck when I went in), I had clear instructions for my at home wound care.The results came in within a week and sure enough her nurse called. She was great .
We took our 7 year old to her today to have a birthmark looked at. He has bad anxiety with doctors due to being hospitalized when he was 3. Her an her team were beyond excellent with talking with him calmly an taking his anxiety with great care an compassion. While we talked with the Dr about next steps her nurse played with our son to help calm him. I would give her a 10 out of 10 every time. My review doesn't do her services justice she was beyond excellent
