Stay away from this doctor, she is awful. Secretary is rude and unprofessional. Very unfortunate that they are treating people.she really could care less regarding patients well being. If you get worse she will blame you..and that secretary is nasty and patronizing to patients. She thinks she controls the office and not educated enough to be communicating with professional individuals
Dr. Cutlip is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever encountered. She has great listening and observation skills. She is able to tell by the look on my face how and what I am feeling. She has a willingness to spend her time helping me. For instance, I told her about an issue I am having that may involve a new medication I am taking (that was not prescribed by her), and she offered potential ways to determine if that was the cause or not. I was a client of Dr. Cutlips from year 2011 thru 2019. In 2019, I decided that I no longer need this service and ended the well established relationship with this doctor. Although, this year 2020; I suffered a very tragic event in June. I called the Pleasant Hills office and spoke with the secretary, Denise. Dr. Cutlip is truly wonderful. I have seen her for years. She literally saved my life. Very compassionate and caring. Relatable. Never said a judgmental word to me. Never cancels. Always on time. Makes caring for me a priority. I highly recommend her for anyone needing a true professional to care for their mental health needs!
