Took me 3 wks to get an appointment with Dr. Fowler. I was on time for my appointment. I did my job by calling my healthcare provider to make sure Dr. Fowler was in-network. Upon letting her desk know I was present for my appointment, they informed me they don’t take my insurance! I called the carrier again from her waiting room & was told she did! When I booked the appointment I had told the desk what carrier I had. They made no mention that Dr. Fowler in Winchester does not take my insurance but down the road in Luray, Dr ... read more
