My mom is a new patient there.... If she was not 86 and have to go through all this new patient stuff, I would be finding another practice. I hope they rectify this quickly. I should have read the previous reviews from 4 years ago. Obviously, it hasn't gotten better. takes too long to answer your calls, I had no meds and I made it clear I didn't have any high blood pressure med and to this day I have not received a call back, my cardiologist had to get me the medications I needed, thats just so crazy they ignore your messages.
The office takes too long to call back should not have to wait a week in a half to get back to you regarding medication.
