TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNERS Dr. Lightbourne has terrible bedside manners, no respect or genuine concern for patients, and this was an awful first time visit, which was the LAST visit. Did not want to fully explain diagnosis, reasoning or explanation, did not want to answer questions about the medication. In addition to being rude, she had an intern in there asking them to give a presentation in front of me based on my diagnosis as if I was an experiment. Excellent Bedside Manner Dr. Lightbourne is a wonderful doctor. She has a very personal and caring bedside manner. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel important and comfortable as a patient. She really listens to your concerns and addresses them. She makes herself available to her patients with same day appointments or by phone. She has even called me herself with any questions, concerns, and test results. ms My Doctor, Marie Lightbourne is the best. I recommend her to all. She makes you feel welcome and receives you with a smile always. She knows her job, confident and a very good listener. She hears you and then takes good care of you. Her referrals are excellent too, and very quick. She follows up with you making sure you are fine. She is surely a family doctor. Competent and Caring! Dr. Lightbourne is an excellent physician, but that is not where it stops. She takes an interest in her patients, spending time to ensure she has the full picture prior to any diagnosis and treatment. She explains conditions and why she has chosen a specific treatment, and why she has excluded others. I feel an extremely high level of trust and security with her. I am grateful to have her as my doctor!
