Complete failure. The office is disorganized to the point of failure to perform. Rude staff including Desravines.
I moved up here in 2007 and needed a new Dr. I had a list of questiond. There were over 200 often. She answered wbat she could and she answered then and mailed it to my house and answered all of them. She's the best and always goes above and beyond. She's very friendly and personaible.
The staff is rude, demeaning, insubordinate, uncaring, inaccurate.
