Good doctor
Can never get through their phone line. Even if you have an appointment, expect a long wait to even be called back and even longer to get seen. No follow ups on labs….
5 Stars for this establishment, Arlen and the Staff were amazing. Front desk to check out was on point. Not Rushed but valued as a patient, understanding and very thorough , very pleasant visit highly Recommended to all you won't be disappointed..Also the app you set up Healow patient Portal makes thing even better. Great tool
Arlen on line 2 is very rude. Expect to wait more than 1 hour 30 minutes after your appointment time to be seen by anyone. Vitals taken, but no appointment start yet. Always a constant wait and packed. People that came in after us got seen first. Discriminatory towards Mexicans and only prioritizes Filipino patients. Will be filing complaint. Cely, Lance and Laurie in the front desk were all very rude and speaking under their breath. Arvin was slow.
