Every time we call this office her staff NEVER returns our calls. We had an X-ray done last week for my 91yr old grandmother and they said “they still haven’t received the films!” This is content battle with front staff not doing their job getting results promptly and informing the patients as required. Dr. Campagna, allows this kind of behavior and work ethic to run her medical facility. Nobody communicates properly there! Dr. Campagna is the best doctor I've ever had. She makes it easy to go to the doctor.
I feel like her office staff play Russian roulette with your life they are very unprofessional
Do not bother, you can make an appointment but they will just keep “rescheduling” until you cancel.
