If I could give ZERO stars I would. Same as above. You call the office and can never get through. I called numerous times and you are on hold for 5-10 minutes and it disconnects you. You call back again, and same thing, you get disconnected after being on hold for 5-10 minutes. Finally get through to someone and they tell you there are no appointments for several months. Its abdolutely ridiculous.
The review underneath this is absolutely correct. I was diagnosed with a serious lung issue and I can't reach anyone. Not 1 person, not for meds, guidance, steps forward nothing. Find another Doctor, this one doesn't care 1 bit. 3 weeks for lab results, and not 1 call or 8 left voice-mails returned. Horrible!!!
She and her whole team should be ashamed. She runs 1+ hours behind schedule, her front desk staff and nurses are disorganized and unhygienic. I was awaiting results for a Pulmonary Function Test that I had and the doctor never called to followup. Only after I called THREE TIMES on different days did I get her to call me back, at which point she says she doesn't have the results because the lab tech didn't give them to her.
