Dr. Digiovanni has the worst bedside manner i’ve ever experienced. About 9 months ago I saw her for endometriosis since she was one of the few doctors covered by my insurance at the time. Mind you i’m 21 years old experienced passing out from severe pain and vomiting for 3+ months , and told I have a large cyst on my ovary that ruptured all prior to seeing her. I used to love it here. However I was recently pregnant and it was my first time. I started to have symptoms of a miscarriage and I couldn't get through to the office in Washington Township. Even after I went to the ER on a Sunday, that Monday when the office finally called me back 6 hours later they said they hadn't gotten my lab papers and they would call me back when they did if it was important. Very good doctors and nice staff but it’s like pulling teeth to try and get a hold of someone over the phone or get a call back. Very frustrating when you have an actual issue you need meds for.
Worst experience of my life with this Dr. I had to have an emergency ectopic removal and she was the one on call. I had seen her multiple times previously for regular visits. Before my surgery, she showed little to no sympathy and was very short. At my post-op visit I expressed to her how sad I was about my loss and her response was ‘it wasn’t really a baby’. I went to her office for years, after that I was done. 0 stars should be an option.
