Dr. Gertsberg is very unprofessional and has serious attitude problem!! Frequently cancels appointments without prior notification. I understand that life events happen unexpectedly. However since medical offices have an expectation that clients/ patients should arrive on time as last minute cancellations result in a fee, the SAME should apply to doctors.
